1. Where do you locate and where will my order ship from?
Our company is located in Singapore. Most items will be sent from manufacturer warehouses here in Asia, after a strict QUALITY CONTROL by us. We make every attempt to only work with accredited and licensed warehouses. So you will get the Top Quality Products at Factory Price.
2. Is the Payment process secure on KKYEEstore.com?

3. How do I place an order?
The fastest and the most secure way of ordering is by placing an order through our website. For your convenience, there is NO Registration Required. You can simply add your favorite items to your shopping Cart and click check out. Sometimes the shipping information will be provided to us by the payment gateway, thus you do not need to manually key in again. Each order will get an Order Confirmation email within 12 hours to confirm all the information correctly.
4. What are your acceptable payment options?
We can accept almost all kind of payment methods, except MoneyGram Money Order, which we have encountered problems to withdraw in Asia. Please don't hesitate to Contact Us if you have any question related to payment. Please note that your items will only be shipped out when payment is completed.
5. How can I know the shipping cost to my address?
Shipping charges depend on the destination and the total weight of the order. Currently we provide Free Shipping to USA, Canada, Western Europe (Except Netherlands), Australia, New Zealand, Japan & South East Asia (Except Brunei). If you are not from the above countries, please Contact Us for exact shipping cost.
6. Are there any additional charges, duties or taxes?
International orders are not subject to any tax, but may incur an import duty. We will mark the items as Gift with low value to help you avoid any unnecessary Fees. However, we will not be responsible to any additional charge in your country.
7. How long will shipping take?
Your item(s) will normally be shipped out within 24 hours after payment. Normally it takes about 4-6 business days to arrive in North America, Asia & Australia and 5-7 Business days to Europe & South America. All Tracking Numbers are available upon request.
8. Is there any Discount if I buy more than one pair?
Definitely, if you buy more than one pair, you will enjoy combined shipping discount. You will get 12% Off on Final Bill for ANY two items purchased & 15% Off for Any three items & 20% off for Any 5 items or above.
9. How do I know if I got a suitable size?
You are kindly advised to refer to our Size Chart to select the correct size you need before you checkout. If you really made mistake on the sizes, you can kindly ship them back for an exchange. However, you might need to pay for the additional shipping cost.
10. What is the color of the product?
KKYEEstore.com aims to include up-to-date pictures of all products on our web site. We make every attempt possible to reflect the actual color of the products in the images presented on this web site. The accuracy of the images displayed also depends on the type of monitor used and the computer settings. Where possible, multiple views of the product are provided, to minimize any discrepancies.
11. Do you do back orders?
KKYEEstore.com does not do back orders. If the item(s) you ordered is/are out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or full refund.
12. Can I change or cancel my order after order has been placed?
Please Contact Us within 12 hours after payment if you want to cancel or change order. We are unable to accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped.
13. How can I make a return or exchange?
If you are not really satisfied with your purchase, size confusion and defective merchandise when it arrives, we will be pleasure to accept a return for appropriate refund or exchange for a replacement. However, depends on the situation, sometimes the buyer may have to bear the extra shipping cost.
14. I never received my order, what shall I do now?
If the tracking information indicates the package has been arrived in your country and delivered unsuccessfully, please contact your local post office to arrange another delivery.
If there is no information on the tracking site in 3-4 days or no new update for 4-5 days, please Contact Us for assistance.
Please make sure all the shipping information provided is correctly, you will need to pay extra shipping cost if the package has been returned due to the incorrect address.
15. Is there any chance I can contact with your company through telephone?
